Healesvillas ABN 53 274 482 484 (trading as Design Beyond the Box) is a privately owned company with two luxury accommodation villas in Healesville, in the Yarra Valley.

Collecting your personal information is one of the ways Healesvillas markets its business of providing accommodation. By collecting personal information, we determine your requirements and provide you with information about what’s on in the region, as well as our packages and special offers which you may be interested in, and administer competitions or promotions you may have entered.
How do we collect your personal information?
Where possible, we collect your personal information directly from you. Collection may take place in a number of ways such as when you contact us for an enquiry or provide feedback on your stay; during your interaction with us online on our website and associated social media platforms; in person at Healesvillas, expos or networking events; when you sign up to be a member of our newsletter list or book a stay on our website.
Often, personal information is collected during the course of our relationship with you. Sometimes, personal information may be collected about you from other sources, eg we may receive personal information about you from another source if we run a promotion with a third party where either Healesvillas or the third party provide the prize.

Direct Marketing: From time to time we may use your personal information to provide you with information about our special offers and promotions.

Once you have told us you no longer wish to receive information about our products and services, we will not send you any further material. Healesvillas does not disclose your personal information to any party outside the business for the purposes of allowing them to direct market their products or services to you.

Healesvillas will only disclose your personal information if we are required or authorised by law to do so. For example, we may disclose your personal information to a Court in response to a subpoena or to the Australian Taxation Office following a direction issued under taxation laws.
